We are excited to be working with Convey Communications to offer a 6-week program in public speaking, media relations, and leadership. This will be a series of small-group training and individual coaching sessions to help Vermont BIPOC gain the skills and confidence to become the leaders we need.
Vermont needs BIPOC visibility, representation, and leadership across all sectors as we move into an uncharted future. This program is an opportunity to find, explore, and deepen your own authentic voice and story, and to learn specific strategies and techniques to turn them into a strong public presence. Whether you want to run for office, lead a company, or organize for change, this series will give you tools and insight to improve your journey.
Convey Communications specializes in coaching women, LGBTQ+ people, and people of color to bring their whole selves to claim space and be heard as leaders in a world that isn’t used to seeing them lead.
