Screening of 13th

Saturday, February 17th, 7pm • Tuttle Hall, College of Saint Joseph, 71 Clement Rd, Rutland

Join us for a showing of Ava Duverney’s stirring documentary 13th. The film explores the “intersection of race, justice and mass incarceration in the United States;” it is titled after the Thirteenth Amendment of the US Constitution, which freed the slaves and prohibited slavery — except as punishment for a crime.

The showing will take place at Tuttle Hall on the CSJ campus and is open to the public. Baked goods and popcorn will be available for purchase.
