The Rutland NAACP will be convening a small group for the members here to engage with Layla F. Saad’s Me & White Supremacy workbook. You must purchase the book to attend the sessions. We are able to convene a group of 12 people for 6 virtual sessions.
We will be convening once a week on Wednesdays: 8/5, 8/12, 8/19, 8/26, 9/2 and 9/9 from 6-8pm. You must be able to attend *all 6 sessions* to participate (all sessions will be virtual via Zoom). Once we have had the opportunity to review the responses of all those interested, we will create the group and notify participants. If we are unable to accommodate your participation in this first group, we anticipate that we will be able to convene further groups in the future.
This group is being offered at no charge, however, those who are able are invited to make a donation to the Rutland NAACP of $10 or an amount that works for them.
